Ndinoshamisa

Ndinoshamisa meaning I am amazing in Shona,

is a period essential store and initiative. It's an initiative that's aimed at making periods normal and exciting for especially young girls. The main goal is selling in order to give back.

35% of the profit will be used to buy period essentials and give them to the needy on an annual basis. Therefore, by buying an item from Ndinoshamisa you're also giving back to the community.

Ndinoshamisa will

 •offer feminine hygiene tips,

•sell period starter kits for young girls that just started with their menstruation cycle. The period kits will also include "self-care" items to make women feel better when on their periods. Ndinoshamisa is also just a reminder for women that period or not, they are still amazing and powerful.

The box is really well thought out😍😍😍

I love the packaging, all the items in it too

I was lucky to open ta Mulaedza first, I like that it was written that it was from him, it adds an extra smile😍

Your self care planner is great, I'm definitely going to use it.

The only thing I can advise that you consider, is to not out the invoice inside, that way the girl doesn't know how much it was if bought by boyfriend or if one wants to give it away as a gift.

But otherwise, you did a brilliant job

About Us

Mulamuleli Neswiswi (Mula)

Founder and Manager

I created this initiative/business mostly to make young girls walk into their womanhood with confidence and to end period poverty. As a young woman I've seen how most of us feel bad and ashamed of our periods and my goal is to try by all means to get rid of that shame amongst young women. I want every young woman to feel great and celebrate their periods. I also want young girl who just got started to feel free and excited about this journey and to know that it's normal and natural.

As an education practitioner, I aim to also offer young girls period education.

Moreover, I acknowledge that period essentials are not a luxury but a necessity, which is why I submit myself to using 35% of the profit made to give period essentials to the needy.

In a nutshell, my goal is to make an income while making an impact.
